 Customer can pay Buddy Broadband service by ATM KBANK via ATM machine of Kasikorn Thai Bank
Procedure for Buddy Broadband payment via ATM KBANK
Step 1: Insert ATM card. Enter your PIN. Then press the button. (see pic.)
Step 2: From the screen (see pic.),
choose Payment/Mobile Top-Up/Mutual Fund (see pic.)
Step 3: From the screen (see pic),
choose Mutual Fund/Internet (see pic).
Step 4: From the screen (see pic),
choose BUDDY BB (see pic).
Step 5: From the screen (see pic.)
choose the type of your available bank account.
Step 6: From the screen (see pic.),
key in your Buddy account ID (check from www.buddybb.com) and
key in the amount of money as you would like to refill in your account.

Customer will get a slip from ATM Machine. The slip describes the transaction record. The following is detailed description.
- REF1 : Your Buddy Broadband Account ID
- Amount : The amount of money that customer refilled into Buddy system
- Date : The date that customer did the transaction
- Time : The time that customer did the transaction
- Fee Amount : Transaction Fee (No charge)
- A/C Balance : Balance updated in customer’s account
This screen shows the case of Incorrect Number. (Incorrect Buddy Account ID)
This screen shows the case of Incorrect Amount.
This screen shows the case of both Number and Amount are incorrect .
This screen shows the case of disability to process transaction.
This screen shows the case of timed out.
This screen shows the case of no printout ATM slip.
This screen shows the case that the slip printer does not work.
