Recurring Payment via Bank Account/Visa/Master for Monthly Service Fee is a good choice for Buddy Broadband customers. These are 2 selections :
1. Debit from Visa/Master
2. Debit from Bank Account (Kasikorn Bank - Kbank only)


How to apply:
1. Fill in application form of Letter of Consent for Debit from Bank Account/Visa/Master for monthly service fee completely and sign in the consenter’s name.

2. Deliver the duly signed Letter of Consent including documents required to: Finance Section, Buddy Broadband Division of Advanced DataNetwork Communications Co., Ltd as stated address in this Letter of Consent.

3. During the period of verification and approval by bank, please pay monthly service fee through other means until the company will notify by agreed means.


Documents required
1. Submit Letter of Consent (each for bank account/Visa/Master)
2. Certify one copy of bank passbook including name of owner and/or one copy of Visa/Master on front page.
3. Certify one copy of owner ID and/or one copy of credit card.

Remark:
- The Company will deliver receipt of monthly service fee debited from bank account or charged from Visa/Master only and upon request by subscriber.

- The Company will debit from bank account or charge from Visa/Master only and upon available fund.

- During the period of verification and approval by bank (normally 15 days), please pay monthly service fee through other means until the Company will notify by agreed means.

- Number of Activated card: User ID is that as appears on activated card supplied with equipment. The Company will charge monthly service fee by transmitting data to bank for debiting from bank account or charge from Visa/Master as specified in the Letter of Consent.

- Debit from bank account or charge from Visa/Master under this Letter of Consent will be for normal monthly service fee and excludes content fees for which subscribers will please pay by means of refilling card.


Other terms and conditions :
1. During the effectiveness of this duly signed Letter of Content, subscribers may enjoy promotional campaigns respectively launched by the Company of the bank.

2. In the event of payment by means of bank account or Visa/Master of other persons, owner of bank account or Visa/Master shall sign this Letter of Consent.

3. Debit from bank account or charge from Visa/Master under this Letter of Consent is not applicable to any Buddy Broadband members who are under the service promotion charge of advance payment rate.
