mPAY Station is the new payment channel for Buddy Broadband service which provides more convenience for Buddy Broadband members to top up their monthly service at shopping centers that have “mPay Station Logo”. Meanwhile, members can make other payment items as well such as public utility, insurance, credit card expenses, etc.
3 Ways for Buddy Broadband Payment @ mPAY Station
Way no. 1: Directly inform Buddy Broadband’s Account ID at mPAY Station counter.
Way no. 2: Print out “Buddy Member Card with Barcode” from member’s website
@ www.buddybb.com and submit at mPAY Station counter.
Way no. 3: Print out “Invoice Statement” from member’s website
@ www.buddybb.com and submit at mPAY Station counter.

Payment Process @ mPAY Station Counter:
1. Buddy Broadband member (make one choice of 3 ways above), then submit at mPay Station counter. The officer will check up your Account ID and statement.
2. Inform the mPay Station’s officer the amount of your payment (mPay Station will surcharge the fee of 12 baht per item)
3. You will get two receipts (Buddy Broadband’s receipt and mPay Station fee’s receipt). Now your payment will be updated real-time into Buddy Account system.
4. Check your update payment at website “www.buddybb.com”.

Remark : You can use mPAY Station to pay for Buddy Broadband’s monthly service fee and advanced top up amount for Buddy IPTV. This will facilitate Buddy IPTV members to rent any entertainment contents through your home television.
